【Green Curry Paste】
HOW TO USE:
❶ Mix veggie green curry: Use 100g Green Curry Paste for 4-6 portion, add chili for more spicy, add coconut milk or soy milk (vegan option) to ticken the curry (optional), add vegetables and water until desired texture and salt to taste.
❷ Green curry fried rice: Fry rice as usual and add 1-2 tbsp Green Curry Paste.
❸ Stir fry green curry dish: Cook vegetable or beans half way and add in 1-2 tbsp green curry paste, salt to taste.
❹ Green curry dipping sauce: Use 100g Green Curry Paste for 4-6 portion, add coconut shred, coconut milk, garlic and other favorite herbs and blend until smooth.

做法:
❶ 把青咖喱酱,酱油,玉米粉和糖浆搅拌均匀。Combine Green Curry Paste, soy sauce, corn starch and sugar syrup, mix well.
❷ 爆香姜蓉和蒜蓉。Fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
❸ 放入青咖喱混合酱,煮一分钟。Put in the mixture, cook for 1min.
❹ 加入椰浆,搅拌均匀煮至沸腾,熄火装盘。Add in coconut milk, stir well and bring to boil, done.
